Our Story

Pain is the enemy to all and it can come in many forms.

Manual Therapy is no longer considered a luxery, every day people are finding that with dedicated time, once a month they continue to enjoy what life has to offer, not only what we offer to life.

When we give ourselves to work, to our significant other, kids, hobbies, etc. there can be little leftover. Allowing time to unwind, to heal your body, and come into a deeper sense of self there are countless opportunities that we can continue to take on. Want to volunteer more? Host a charity event, start a novel and learn the banjo-- go for it.

Go explore greatness, because allowing yourself to be great is never selfish.
