Most of my career has focused on issues around trauma, depression, parenting, anxiety, self-esteem, substance use, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. I enjoy the challenge of providing couples and family therapy and find a special interest in working with women throughout the lifespan. I have a contemplative therapeutic approach, aimed at helping you gain awareness of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so you can find acceptance and move forward.
