Hey all I am giving away these two together for free. Nothing is wrong with them but I am simply not using them in my practice or personally. The charcoal bath salts are awesome, very detoxifying, but they will temporarily stain your tub and it drives me crazy. The mask is too dry for my skin type, made for people with blemish prone skin and perfect for people with oily skin. Let me know if any of you’d like these and I’ll ship them to you! 🖤

That’s right! I’m hittin’ the road for the summer and Zen by Z will only be a mobile business. Last night, I had to push my car home, and it wasn’t the first time my car got stuck in the snow this week. Maybe I need a new car fit for Colorado weather. So today, I woke up and I think I’m losing my mind, and I know I’m not the only one. Everyone needs some time to stay inside OR get outside, whatever makes it easier for you to cope with this pandemic. Listen to your needs and take care of yourself.

Massage therapy may not be the most essential business on the planet right now, but it is essential for the planet. Massage isn’t only for the body, but for the mind, and the heart. And right now, so many of us are needing connection, therapy, love. I am so thankful for this time I have had this past year to slow down and I am glad I made the decision to create a space for the people who are wanting to heal, and get out of their home, to come relax and receive bodywork.
