Totality of Yoga Teacher certification program includes all limbs of Yoga and more, but we begin at around 3000 years before Patanjali presented his Yoga Sutras.

You can start at the stage of becoming a yoga teacher you currently are, 200, 500, 750, or the CU.

Hours include home explorations and Yin Yoga class participation.

TO: Yoga Teachers

If you are a Yoga Teachers or are becoming one, we’d like you not to be just a fitness teacher but to keep becoming a spiritual teacher, helping others to understand the collective-ness of our consciousness, to understand the oneness, where there is no sustenance for separateness, greed, anger, ignorance, or ego.
Yes, we can teach the shapeshifting (asana practice) but we can also, and we must, teach meditation, mindfulness, Yoga Nidra and spiritual awareness.

We must expose our students to the original sources of Yoga science, like Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, Noble Eightfold Path, and Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.

We teach our teachers all that and more.
