Full Circle Yoga opened in 2011 creating a safe place to call hOMe for individuals wanting to explore their yoga practice in all facets. We offer virtual zoom & in person yoga classes & workshops for ALL levels as well as Teacher Trainings! The cacao we ordered from our favorite producer, Embue, has arrived! This beautiful, ceremonial-grade cacao is sourced with care from Uganda’s Semuliki Forest, and we can’t wait to share it with our guests at our High Mountain Healing Yoga Retreat in Crestone, Colorado. 🏔️🌲

Our retreat kicks off next Thursday, October 16th, and we still have a couple of spots remaining. If you’ve been feeling the call to join this special yoga adventure, now’s the time — reach out to reserve your spot. We’d love to have you with us!

We’ve been having so much fun preparing for our upcoming High Mountain Healing Yoga Retreat! 🏔️🌲

One of our favorite parts is our Kirtan gathering, where we sing a variety of Sanskrit mantras alongside other inspiring and nostalgic songs to celebrate our time together and end on a high note.

Here’s a snippet of one of our favorite mantra sequences: Om Hari Om / Śharanam Ganesha / Om Gam Ganapataye Namaha 🎶🩵🙏🏽✨

🔹Om Hari Om may be expressed as “Salutations to Vishnu, The Remover,” or “Peace, protection, and the divine removal of pain, suffering, or illusion.”

🔹Śharanam Ganesha can be understood as “I seek refuge in Ganesha” or “I surrender to Ganesha.”

🔹Om Gam Ganapataye Namaha conveys the meaning “I bow to Ganesha with reverence, Lord of the Multitudes, Remover of all obstacles.”

This mantra sequence has been a source of deep peace and healing for us and we are eager to sing it and other uplifting songs with our guests! 🙏🏽✨🩵

We are filled with gratitude for our Fall Yoga Teacher Training 2025 cohort of beautiful and brave beings.

Each individual brings unique contributions to the group. Our opening day generated many profound shares, insights, and feelings. We are so excited for the transformative and sacred 12-week journey that lies ahead!
