Please come and support the local food banks as we enter this holiday season. Now more than ever, food banks are going to need support to feed our community and we at Evolve want to do our part.

The time is going to pass anyway.

One year. Six months. Twelve weeks.

Whatever the timeline, people often use it as an excuse:

“That’s so far away… I’ll start later.”

“It’s going to take SO long to reach my goals, I can’t think about where to begin.”

But here’s the truth: the time is going to pass anyway.

You can spend it stuck where you are, dreaming about the day you meet the goals you aspire to. Or you can use that time to move closer to where you want to be.

Progress doesn’t require perfection. Just commitment.

Start now. Stay consistent. Let time work with you, not against you.

“Lifting weights will make you bulky” - it’s a concern we hear from women. Let’s talk about it 👇

Strength training is one of the most powerful tools women can use to support long-term health.

It improves bone density, reduces the risk of osteoporosis, supports metabolic health, and helps maintain muscle mass as we age. It enhances balance, posture, and joint stability; these are key factors in injury prevention and everyday movement.

And, spoiler alert, it is one of the most effective ways to reduce body fat.

We train to build muscle, boost confidence, and support a body that feels capable, resilient, and strong.

So don’t listen to misinformed fitness advice - lifting weights is one of the best things you can do for your health, short term and long term!

Dr. Carolyn Wojtusiak and Dr. Alexander Schepler started Evolve Health and Wellness with one goal in mind: To help those in our community lead healthy, active lives without fear of pain. We want to make safe, effective health care accessible to all. Our mission is to keep you doing what you love with the people you love for every year of your life. If you are in pain from a sports injury, an accident, pregnancy or chronic physical stresses, we can help. Helping others through these trying times is our “why,” and we consider it a privilege to work with every patient who steps through our doors.
