📢 Important Insurance Update 📢

We want to inform you that, after careful consideration, we will no longer be in-network with United Healthcare (UHC) and its associated plans, including Devoted Health, AARP Medicare Plans, and UMR.

Our current pay-at-time-of-service (out of pocket) rates are as followed for chiropractic care:
• Individual: $60 per visit
• Senior discount: $50 per visit
• Teacher/Government discount: $50 per visit

Package prices:
o $275 for 5 visits ($55 per visit)
o $500 for 10 visits ($50 per visit)
*Packages don't expire!

Our commitment to providing the highest quality care remains our priority. For those wishing to continue receiving care, we will provide superbills for direct reimbursement and will accept HSA and FSA cards.

Non-surgical cervical decompression is a therapeutic technique aimed at relieving chronic neck pain. It is similar to at home traction units, although is able to use more precision with angle and specific weight being pulled through the cervical spine.

Starting September 1st, laser sessions will no longer be included with your visit. However, you can still get a discounted package of 4 laser sessions for $100. The package will remain on your account with no expiration date.

Prices will return to $35 per session at the start of next month, so give us a call to purchase sessions before the price change!
