Hi everyone! I’m Laura, the newest practitioner here at Levity Integrative Wellness. I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself! Some of you might have met me already at our Lunar Flow workshop series and I look forward to connecting with more of you in the coming months. 🙏🏼

A little about me: I’m a Holistic Wellness Practitioner specializing in EFT tapping, Reiki, crystal healing, aromatherapy, contemplative coaching, and creative writing. Along with extensive training and certifications in these modalities, I have a Bachelor’s degree in English/Creative Writing from the University of Kansas and a Master’s in Contemplative Psychology from Naropa University. Currently I am facilitating our Lunar Flow workshop series along with Sara, in which we gather twice a month to celebrate the New & Full Moon and learn about the current astrological energy while working with various modalities including: yoga/movement, breathwork, Reiki, tapping, meditation, and journaling.
