🌟 Staying Active with Glaucoma 🌟
Did you know that exercise can help manage eye pressure? If you have glaucoma, here are some tips to keep moving safely:

✅ Enjoy Aerobic Activity – Walking, biking, swimming, or using stationary machines can help reduce eye pressure.
💪 Be Careful with Strength Training – Avoid heavy weights or strenuous exercises that may raise eye pressure.
🧘 Skip Certain Yoga Poses – Poses where your head is below your heart (like headstands) should be avoided.

Your vision matters! Talk to your eye doctor if you have any questions about staying active.
