What do you see?! 🤩 I'm working on a new degree with a focus on The Art, Science, and Spiritually of Water. Veda Austin is the instructor and we are delving deep into the Consciousness and communication aspects of water. I'm blown away with my water conversations thus far. I'll talk more about the questions I asked in a future post, but right now, just showing a couple of Water's beautiful responses. These were completed in Soldotna, Alaska using well water, with an outdoor freezing process. 😍💦✨

Daily Light and Sound Therapy May Slow Alzheimer’s Decline

New research highlights the potential of 40Hz light and sound therapy to slow key symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease.

Over two years, late-onset patients using the GENUS device retained stronger cognitive performance than peers and showed lower levels of the Alzheimer’s biomarker tau.

The findings suggest that gentle, rhythmic stimulation may help protect brain networks involved in memory.

Larger clinical trials are underway to confirm the treatment’s long-term benefits.
