Day 22 of 350: Food / snack / meal / travel ideas!
For all my friends out there riding the struggle bus... I got you!
My easiest “go to meal” for breakfast!
Consuming at least 30 grams of high quality, protein and some healthy fats at your first meal of the day is critical to lifting brain fog, reducing hunger, and cravings and keeping your energy levels up throughout the day - not to mention, helps keep muscle and lose body fat.
But what does that look like?? See below items and recipe:
1. 9 protein bites (fry in non stick pan with a little water for about five minutes. Remove and place in a serving bowl.
2. 1 egg (scramble fry in that same pan then place in the same serving bowl)
3. 1/4 cup sprouted pumpkin seeds (add to your serving bowl)
4. 1/2 scoop protein powder +1/2 cup wild blue blueberries (Place in a tall cup and use a hand blender to mix well)
Equals: 48 grams protein; 18 grams carbs, 33 grams fat; 560 Calories.
