Eco-Centric Cleaning is an environmentally friendly company serving Longmont and the surrounding areas. As nature loving Coloradans we have always loved the feeling of walking into our own freshly cleaned home using only plant based/chemical free products and we want to share that feeling with you. It is also a good feeling to know that no harsh chemicals were used in the cleaning of our home, and that my families health as well as the nature surrounding us, will both benefit greatly. We have chosen to use our local Boulder Cleaners all natural cleaning products for their superior cleaning power and natural smells.

Your body doesn’t just hold tension — it holds information.

Sometimes the work isn’t doing more… It’s noticing where your body is asking for support.

This chart is about emotional processing, not problems to fix.

Certain emotions tend to settle in certain areas when they don’t have a clear outlet yet:
• jaw tension when words go unspoken
• shoulders tight when responsibility stacks up
• stomach knots when fear or control is activated
• hips holding old grief or emotional weight
• lower back signaling lack of support or safety
• knees resisting change before forward movement
• feet reminding us we need
grounding before growth

There’s no “right” way to do this.
Think support, not correction.

Less is more
1–2 drops, diluted if your skin prefers it.

Apply to the area that’s asking for attention
Jaw, shoulders, stomach, hips, lower back, knees, or feet — whichever feels most noticeable today.

You don’t need to analyze it. You don’t have to “figure out” what you’re working on. Just notice where your body feels tight, heavy, or tired — and meet it there.

Let awareness do the work
Place a hand over the area and take a few slow breaths.
No forcing release. No fixing. Just presence.

When you recognize where you’re holding something, your nervous system can start to soften — without forcing release.

And there are a few areas not shown on the graphic that matter too:
- Hands — control, overwhelm, holding on too tightly (or over-giving)
- Throat — expression, truth, feeling unheard
- Pelvic / sacral space — creativity, desire, suppressed emotion
- Ankles — trust, flexibility, direction

This isn’t about labeling emotions as “bad.”
It’s about listening to the body’s language instead of overriding it.
