The Peaks Care Center & Frontier Therapy

We offer a wide range of individualized care and services. We are a Continuing Care Retirement Community.

The Peaks Care Center offers long term care, short term rehabilitation, assisted living, and independent living. We offer Independent Living, Assisted Living, Long Term Care, and short term rehab at our Frontier Therapy Center. We also offer Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy to work with those that would benefit from rehab. We welcome you to contact our Admissions Department if you have any questions and would like to come tour our building!
