It is with a heavy heart that we share some important news. Due to the newly introduced and fast-tracked legislation — SB 5, which many are calling the “evil twin” of SB 3 — it’s becoming increasingly difficult for small, independent wellness businesses like ours to stay open.
While the bill is still moving through the legislative process, it’s clear that the state’s direction is putting immense pressure on the CBD/THC wellness community — and we’re being forced to make a heartbreaking decision.
Our shop will officially close its doors on September 1.
Until then, we’ll be holding major blowout sales to clear out inventory and ensure our products get into the hands of those who have supported us from day one.
This news is devastating for us, but we want you to know how deeply grateful we are for your support, your belief in plant wellness, and your presence in this journey. Whether you stopped by once or were a regular in our space, you made this more than a business — you made it a community.
