LeeAnn Fleming is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner specializing in the treatment of mental health disorders and substance use. With nearly two decades of nursing experience across critical care, behavioral health and leadership roles, she brings a compassionate and comprehensive approach to patient care.

LeeAnn holds a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health from Chamberlain University and a Master’s in Nursing Administration degree from Texas A&M International University. She is deeply committed to improving the lives of individuals affected by addiction, trauma and co-occurring psychiatric conditions through evidence-based and patient-centered care. She advocates for accessible, stigma-free mental health and addiction services.
