I increased the reps on my workout from 10 to 12 last night! Hooray, right?
Nope. I started off at 8, went to 10, then 12, then got to 15... then I slacked for just a bit and after I got back in my routine found I couldn't do three sets of 15. I'm still not where I should be.
The lesson: Whether it's your diet, your work, your , or your workout, payback is hell so just stay on track!
