People often ask why we don't offer a "New Patient" or "First IV" discount.

If we did, we'd be telling our loyal patients that we love someone else more. It's saying that we're more interested in bringing in new people than showing loyalty to the people who've shown it to us.

We'd LOVE to see you for the first time and sign you up for our Rewards Program, but you have to earn your discounts like the rest of the Rapid Recovery Family. 😊

So here was my dilemma:

I found a way to get at a lower cost. I immediately thought, "Hell yeah, we'll make more money", but that didn't feel right to me.

Then I thought "Price doesn't matter. Provide a better service and people will pick you over places with better prices but worse service."

I agonized over it because I'm not wanting to ever "compete on price", but I don't want to be ripping people off either.

So, I finally decided that we are who we are and I enjoy sleeping at night more than a few extra bucks, so starting May 1 we're lowering the price on B12 injections from $35 to $30. It's just five bucks, but I feel like it's your $5 and you should have it.

Thank you for entering the spiderweb that is the mind of a small business owner who tries to juggle profits vs. what's right. 🤣

Well, this is me digging through the vitamin cabinet for D3 & K2 because I overestimated Mother Nature when I thought we were going to leave the "cloudy funk of gloom" and enter the sunny "let your body make its own " days, and quit taking it.
