Ready to give up? Too tired to work out? Too bummed to work on your project? Pain in the ass to stick with your supplements?

Nine years ago when we started Rapid Recovery we put every nickel into it and were so broke we were wine snobs having to decide if we wanted to only buy one bottle of $3.99 wine (this one) or if it made sense to buy six to get the 10% discount.

Now we have four locations and drink what we want. Why am I telling you this? Because if you make a good plan, do things the right way, and don't give up when things get hard, you WILL succeed. I don't care if it's your business, your relationships, your fitness goals, or your health... Suffer through the valleys and you'll eventually get to enjoy the peaks.

I increased the reps on my workout from 10 to 12 last night! Hooray, right?

Nope. I started off at 8, went to 10, then 12, then got to 15... then I slacked for just a bit and after I got back in my routine found I couldn't do three sets of 15. I'm still not where I should be.

The lesson: Whether it's your diet, your work, your , or your workout, payback is hell so just stay on track!

See this guy? That isn't me. I'm never gonna look like that or be that dedicated to my workouts. That's okay. You can't be worried about what you can't be, or you'll never be what you CAN be.

Just be a little better every day. Just start with one vitamin, or say no to dessert, or walk a LITTLE. Just be a touch better than yesterday every day and one day you'll be amazed and where you've gotten.

She has a rare disease for which there's medication, but it's insanely expensive. We'll be doing some sort of fundraiser next week, but before we do we at least wanted to get the word out about her GoFundMe.
