I recommend booking at least two months in advance. If you have a specific day or time you prefer, it’s always better to have it booked and not need it than need it and not have it 💆‍♀️📅

I’m officially back to work! 🙌
Still weaning of the brace and crutches, and soon 100% weight baring!! but I’m super grateful to be easing back into the groove. 💆‍♀️✨

If you’ve been waiting to get in, I’ve got some openings this month! Instead of me messaging you, it might be easier if you just text me your availability and we’ll get you scheduled 📲💛

Good morning everyone, Just giving a quick update. I have my 6 week post-op, on October 10th, and if everything goes as planned. I should be released to work that day. I still can't drive yet. I'm 20lb < weight bearing. But my brace is finally unlocked to 90°. My pain is minimal, it just depends on how much I'm up and moving. Thank you for being so understanding. We are almost there !!

Surgery date is set for the 26th of this month, It must be worse then I thought. I know I will have a few pre op appointments within the next few weeks. I do not have a set time when I can come back to work, they are saying 6 to 8 weeks. But i'm saying 3-4. Let's see who wins that argument .

As for everyone who is scheduled, I will get with you. I just found out so I'm still processing everything. I apologize for me having to take off for a few weeks. But when I come back, I will be even better then Before.

Hey friends 💙 Just a quick update:

I’ve been working through a knee injury these past couple of weeks, and my MRI confirmed a Medial meniscus posterior horn/root junction tear and partial meniscal body extrusion
Medial and patellofemoral compartment chondral degeneration,
Trace joint effusion and some cartilage damage. I have a specialist appointment coming up to figure out the next steps, possibly including surgery.

In the meantime, I’ll be trying my best to work my normal schedule, (Depending on pain tolerance) I’m waiting to meet with a specialist to find out how much — or even if — I’m allowed to work while my knee heals. I promise to keep you updated. I will still give 100% in my massages. I promise.
