Today is a day to pause and really think about who we want sitting in that courtroom as Justice of the Peace for Marion County Precinct 1.
This position matters. It affects families. It affects our community. It affects the direction of our county.
When we vote, we shouldn’t just look at a name or a party. We need to look at character. We need to look at values. And yes, we need to look at qualifications.
Sometimes people say experience is everything. And while experience absolutely matters, work ethic matters just as much. Dedication matters. Integrity matters. The heart behind the service matters.
That’s why I support Chuck Rogers for Marion County Precinct 1.
Chuck has spent over three decades serving as a Texas Peace Officer. He didn’t just hold a badge — he built a career around protecting families, investigating crimes, serving civil process, working with schools, and standing in courtrooms. He holds a Master Peace Officer Certification and has served Marion County continuously since 2000. That kind of commitment says something.
But beyond the résumé, look at the man.
Chuck is a man of faith. He believes in God. He believes in personal responsibility. He believes in serving others before serving himself. His career has always been about helping people in their hardest moments — not chasing titles, but answering a calling to serve.
We don’t just need “the right” person politically.
We need the right person morally. The right person ethically. The most qualified person professionally. The person who will treat every individual with fairness and respect.
This election isn’t about noise or social media posts. It’s about leadership, stability, and trust.
Take the time to reflect. Look at the record. Look at the work ethic. Look at the life lived.
For me, that choice is clear.
I stand with Chuck Rogers for Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1.
