No mess, just nutrients! This heart-healthy salmon dinner supports brain development and baby’s growth — and cleanup takes seconds 🙌

🥄 Recipe (1 packet):
- 1 salmon filet
- 5 asparagus spears
- 2 lemon slices
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder

✨ Directions:
Place salmon + asparagus on foil, drizzle oil, season, top with lemon. Wrap and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.

Why it’s great:
Omega-3s are essential for pregnancy and postpartum health. Plus, it's delicious!

- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 5 mint leaves

Ralph J. Turner, MD

Position: ON/GYN

Dr. Ralph J. Turner, originally from Central Texas, is a Distinguished Alumnus of McMurry University in Abilene, where he completed his undergraduate studies. He earned his medical degree from UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas and completed his internship and residency at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. Dr. Turner specializes in menopause management and minimally invasive surgery. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the Texas Medical Association. Dr. Turner is notably the first NAMS Certified Menopausal Practitioner in East Texas and is recognized for his international lectures and publications on menopause. He practices at Women's Health Center at Tyler, where he enjoys caring for his patients in East Texas.
