First one is the relationship with your body ( diet exercise sleep)
Second one is your relationship with people( social connections, nurturing relationships)
Third your relationship with yourself
( self acceptance).

When your thoughts are out of control, don’t fight with them. Begin a grateful flow. Not just stating what you’re grateful for but FEEL being grateful in your body. Close your eyes, breathe deep and feel being grateful in your body. Then state what you’re grateful for out loud. And then stop saying it out loud and just say it to yourself and feel grateful!! *stutz*
