Many people feel sad and depressed this time of year. Days can be cold and gray with much less sunlight. Tip: You might think about a sun lamp with UV protection. There are a number of choices online, some at a very reasonable price. You can use your lamp while working at the computer or watching television. Increased exposure to light has been shown to decrease symptoms of depression. (Always follow manufacturer’s instructions). Hope this helps!
