Today, we remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

In observance of Memorial Day, our physical offices will be closed today, Monday, May 25th. However, we continue to be available for support and admissions today as we have been over the holiday weekend. Please call 903-533-1300 or email courtney@homeaidcaregivers.com.

Please know that all scheduled caregiving services will continue as normal, and our caregivers will remain available to support our clients and families.

📈Have you met Amy Jackson?🏥

Compassionate leader. Trusted support system. Heart for serving others.

Amy Jackson serves as the Business Office Manager for Home-Aid Caregivers in Longview and has been part of the Home-Aid family since July 5, 2023 — the very first day the Longview office opened its doors.

Born and raised in the Marshall/Woodlawn, Texas area, Amy has dedicated more than 30 years to serving others in the healthcare field. She began her career as a Nurse’s Assistant in 1994 and became certified in 1996. Over the years, she has continued to grow her experience and leadership, serving as a Group Home Manager for individuals with developmental disabilities while also becoming certified as a Medication Aide and Phlebotomist.

👑With more than 25 years of management experience, Amy brings compassion, leadership, and dedication to every aspect of her role. She oversees daily office operations, staffing, scheduling, onboarding, payroll, long-term care insurance claims, client support, supervisory visits, and so much more. Amy has truly helped operate the Longview office in every capacity since the very beginning.

“What I love most about my job is building relationships with our clients and being able to help people during important seasons of life. I also enjoy learning new skills and adapting to the changing needs of our industry.”

A typical day for Amy includes supporting caregivers, assisting families and clients, conducting orientations, reviewing schedules, onboarding new employees, processing paperwork, and ensuring the Longview office continues to thrive with excellence and compassion.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her family — especially her grandchildren — traveling, relaxing on the water, attending church, baking, cooking, and singing.

Fun fact: Amy loves coordinating outfits with her husband and grandkids… and despite her calm professionalism, she says she can definitely be the life of the party. 🪩

We are incredibly grateful for Amy’s heart, leadership, and dedication to the families, caregivers, and community we are honored to serve.

Tiffany Clements was grateful to spend the morning singing and sharing meaningful moments with residents in the memory care at Sodalis Longview ( Heartis Senior Living).

Tiffany, our CARES Dementia Specialist—one of only 34 in Texas—and the Care Program Development, Education, and Outreach Specialist for Home-Aid Caregivers in Tyler and Longview, loves using music and meaningful engagement to create connection, comfort, and joy for those living with Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias.

🌸Have You Met Mallory Reeves?🌸

A heart for seniors. A passion for community. Compassion that shines through in every connection.

Mallory Reeves has been part of the Home-Aid Caregivers team since October and wonderfully serves as our Community Liaison. Born and raised in Longview, Texas, she graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Marketing and has a genuine heart for serving seniors, supporting families, and building meaningful relationships throughout Longview and surrounding communities.

Growing up in Longview, Mallory developed a deep love for her community and has always been a proud Lobo supporter alongside her family. Being involved from a young age helped her build meaningful relationships and strong community connections that continue to shape the heart she brings to her role today.

"What I love most is being able to help families navigate difficult seasons and serve as a trusted resource for them. I truly feel like I’ve found my calling at an early age, and I’m very blessed for that."

A typical day for Mallory includes visiting facilities, sponsoring activities, supporting residents and families, and building relationships throughout her community.

When she is not working, Mallory enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

We are so proud and blessed to have Mallory on our team and thankful for the compassion, warmth, and heart she brings to Home-Aid Caregivers each day.

It was such a pleasure spending time at Colonial Village honoring all of the wonderful women at their Mother’s Day tea party! We loved celebrating these amazing mothers and sharing such a special afternoon together. 💐☕️💕
