Our therapy rabbit, Snuggles, participated in the Cowlitz County Fair this year with her family, Makyla and Macie, showing information on how to care for rabbits and explaining how therapy animals are so beneficial for our elderly residents. She came in first place for ‘Best in Breed’ and ‘Herdmanship.’ Here’s to another great year at the fair!

Today was national adopt a dog day. So, we celebrated by putting on a dog parade with our staff’s dogs. The residents were able to vote for the best dog . All residents got to make all natural dog treats and give them out to the dogs while there were here. Happy National Adopt a Dog Day.
