Jordan Stanley, M.D., is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with Longview Orthopedics Regional Clinics. Dr. Stanley attended college at Louisiana Tech University and medical school at Louisiana State University Medical School. He completed his internship and residency at Baylor Scott & White in Temple, TX. Dr. Stanley is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery, the Texas Orthopedic Association and the Gregg County Medical Society. He is from Sulphur Springs, Texas, and has been practicing in the Longview area since 1999. Dr. Stanley and his wife, DeAnna, have three daughters: Catherine, Victoria and Gabrielle. When he’s not in the clinic, Dr. Stanley enjoys hunting, fly fishing, remote airplanes, precision shooting and traveling.

Jonathan Greifenkamp, M.D., FACC, FSCAI, is a board-certified interventional cardiologist. He is board certified in internal medicine, cardiology and interventional cardiology. He is licensed in nuclear medicine and echocardiography. He is trained in peripheral intervention and is the only local physician trained in carotid stenting. Dr. Greifenkamp is also the director of the Vein Center of Longview Regional Medical Center, where he performs the most up-to-date venous ablation techniques. Dr. Greifenkamp has a Bachelor of Science degree in biology, cm laude, from Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX. He received his medical degree from University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and also served as chief resident and assistant professor there.

Dr. Greifenkamp completed a cardiology fellowship at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, and an interventional cardiology fellowship at Methodist DeBakey Heart Institute. Dr. Greifenkamp was born in Galveston and raised in Longview. He now lives in Longview with his wife, Jillian, and three sons.

Sudha Rani Yanamandra, M.D., MRCOG, is a board-eligible physician in internal medicine. She completed a residency in internal medicine at UT Tyler. Dr. Yanamandra received her medical degree from the University of Health Sciences in India. She obtained her postgraduate training in OB/GYN and is a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (RCOG) in London (UK). Dr. Yanamandra has a professional association with the American College of Physicians. She loves primary care and taking care of whole families. She has a special interest in preventive care, especially women’s health, and has extensive experience in dealing with gynecological problems from her training in the UK. Dr. Yanamandra has been an active member of the Longview community, and has participated in community events, including diabetes education and family health fairs, in Longview.

Dr. Yanamandra is married and has 2 daughters and her family has been a supporter of Lobos. Her family stays busy with school activities and community events. She enjoys cooking food, spending time with friends, listening to music and playing an Indian string instrument called the veena.

Matthew Porter, M.D., is a board-certified pain management physician with Longview Orthopedics Regional Clinics. He attended Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri, where he earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in biology and psychology, along with his master's in physical therapy. He attended St. George’s University in Grenada, Wisconsin, for medical school. He completed his pain medicine fellowship at Florida Spine Institute in Clearwater, Florida. Dr. Porter is a member of the American Association of Pain Medicine, the American Association of Family Medicine, the American Medical Association and the Association of Ultrasound in Medicine.

Samir Germanwala, D.O., FACC, FSCAI, is a board-certified interventional cardiologist, born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is trained in internal medicine, general cardiology, and interventional cardiology, and performs numerous procedures in the cardiac and vascular fields. He obtained his Bachelor of Science from the University of Pittsburgh and completed medical school at Ohio University. He fulfilled his internal medicine, general cardiology, and interventional cardiology fellowships in Pittsburgh. Dr. Germanwala also specializes in treatment of patients with peripheral vascular disease, including those suffering from critical limb ischemia and chronic total occlusions. Dr. Germanwala was the first in East Texas to perform transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) surgery and the only interventional cardiologist trained in this specialty. In addition, he is very involved in repairing abdominal aortic aneurysms and thoracic aortic aneurysms. Even with his busy practice, he remains very active in research trials, and recently has had papers and interviews published in the Journal of Invasive Cardiology and Endovascular Today.

Dr. Germanwala is very active in training cardiac and vascular colleagues. Each year, he conducts numerous peripheral and CTO courses at Longview Regional Medical Center, where physicians throughout the United States come for instruction in the use of various catheters and new technology. He is very involved in the release of new devices that are FDA approved, and creating treatment pathways with various industry leaders nationally and internationally. He is a medical faculty educator for TAVR and directs multiple national conferences. Dr. Germanwala has been practicing in Longview for over 20 years and is married to Gana Nadiga, M.D., who is an ophthalmologist. Together they have a daughter and a son.

David Jayakar, M.D., M.S., has been director of cardiovascular services at Longview Regional Hospital since 2010. He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. Dr. Jayakar has a special interest in minimally invasive cardiac, vascular, and thoracic surgery. He also performs transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI), endovascular abdominal aortic aneurysm repair and introduced bloodless cardiac surgery, off-pump beating heart bypass surgery and the “Fistula First” program to Longview Regional Hospital.
