I have replaced my cookware. I rarely use anything from a can. I replaced my cutting board with stainless steel. Hard to get away from the plastic water bottles …. What are some of your swaps?

While Tanya is out fighting cancer I thought it would be a good time to talk about making our home kitchens healthier. There are so many things new to consider. I am trying to take one thing at a time. I welcome all your ideas. My first challenge is micro plastics. I changed my water filter pitcher to glass. I also changed my coffee pot and pods!

Healthy Kitchens will be closing for an undetermined time due to illness. I am fighting stage 4 lung cancer. This is my second round and I have every intention of beating it again.
