Tonight is a little different and a LOT more fun…

Since Body Rock is closed, we are taking over the Roxy Theater for both of our Thursday classes:

🕕 6:00 PM — Pilates + Strength
🕢 7:30 PM — Pilates + Strength

Same vibe. Same sweaty, intelligent movement.
Just in a gorgeous, big, cinematic space that makes everything feel cooler.

But here’s where it gets spicy 👀👇

If you stay for both classes, you get to:
• Help me workshop new movement flows
• Play with a challenge I’m building
• Attempt the legendary “windmill kick flip turnaround spin middle thing” (yes that’s the technical term)
• And basically be part of the behind-the-scenes magic of how these classes get created

There’s something kind of magical about a Tuesday night reset.

You’ve already carried Monday.

It needs momentum you can measure.

This bootcamp is built on a pairing that works with your physiology, not against it:

This girl. I keep trying to think of the words I want to say and the truth is, they all fall flat, but, I’ll write them anyway. Dihlyla is smart, loving, thoughtful, honest, direct, full of life, aware of herself and others, observant and discerning. She is careful in how she chooses her people and fiercely loyal once she likes you. She won’t bu****it you but she will also have your back no matter if she agrees with you or not so long as you’re real. She’s the kind I didn’t even know to hope for but am so happy she is. Life is infinitely better with her in it. Dihlyla, I love you so much, I am proud of the human you are and grateful to be your mom.

The first day of the year doesn’t need fireworks, resolutions, or reinvention.
It just needs movement that brings you back into your body.

Thursday night is about:
• shaking off the heaviness of the holidays
• reconnecting to strength + breath
• waking up muscles that support you all year long
• leaving feeling grounded, steady, and clear

This class blends strength, mobility, and intentional pacing — enough heat to feel alive, enough control to feel safe, and enough space to actually listen to your body.

Say what you will about Brian Johnson, but I genuinely appreciate his commitment to making health feel accessible and easy to understand.

This is his list of free, effective habits that can meaningfully change your health. No supplements. No biohacks you have to buy. Just fundamentals done consistently.

I’ll be focusing on these myself heading into 2026 — with full honesty that the sleep schedule is the hardest one for me. I’m aiming for a solid 80%, because I love dancing, concerts are a big part of our family life, and… balance matters 😉
The rest? Totally doable.

One thing I’d personally add to this list: Pilates a few days a week. Strength, mobility, posture, nervous system regulation — it’s foundational.

I have a new class schedule launching next week and would love to support you in building a healthy, sustainable new year.

If your Tuesday feels heavy, busy, or just a lot — this class is your permission slip to step out of your head and back into your body.

Tonight’s session blends Pilates, strength, mobility, and just enough intensity to wake things up without wrecking you. We move with intention, build real strength, elevate your heart rate, and finish feeling more like yourself than when you walked in.

This is:
• stress-relieving
• metabolism-supporting
• joint-friendly but effective
• grounding without being sleepy

You don’t need to be “in shape.”
You don’t need to know Pilates.
You just need to show up.

We’re easing back in this week with a shortened schedule thanks to New Year’s celebrations and my daughter’s 21st birthday (!!) 🥂🎂 — but we are NOT easing up on the energy.

And after being down with a cold for a few days…
