A big thank you to Heart to Heart Hospice for coming out to help with our Birthday Party . We love Pizza and our residents are always so happy to see our friend Jennifer with Heart to Heart Hospice. Happy Birthday to all of those that have/had a birthday this wonderful month of December. A Big thank you to our staff for helping to get all our residents ready for this special event.

A big thank you to our volunteer Charlotte for coming out to sing to our residents this New Years Eve morning to fill our residents’ hearts with gospel sound. They love singing the ol gospel songs from their childhood and embracing the day on our Worship Wednesday.

Treviso celebrated New Year’s together with music, refreshments, toasting, and lots of laughter! As we celebrated, we each told one resolution and wrote the other one down to store inside Treviso’s Time Capsule for the year! We pray that everyone has a wonderful New Year!

Christmas Party Fun for our wonderful residents! The residents had a great time receiving their special gifts from the Angel Tree! We appreciate all who supported us during the holiday season! The Christmas carolers, the children from local schools and our home health and hospice agencies all made this a magical month!

Employee Christmas Party Fun! The employees had a great time celebrating Christmas! There were lots of laughter, food, gifts, and fun. Congratulations to our Grand Prize winners, Kelly and Sakala who won the laptop and the 65in TV!

Let’s make sure that we remember to slow down today… Though we are surrounded by the hustle and bustle that Christmas brings… we can reflect on this special day, we are reminded of the hope, love, and peace that this season represents. Inspired by the joy of Christ’s birth, we are especially grateful for our incredible team. They show compassion, kindness, and servant hearts every single day of the year. Thank you for the dedication and care you pour into our residents and one another… it truly makes a difference. We are blessed to work with such an amazing group of people. We are wishing our teams, residents, and families a peaceful and joyful Christmas Eve… 🎄

December is Write a Friend Month
Nothing is better than receiving a surprise letter in the mail! Receiving a personal correspondence can brighten up a winter day! The holidays are the perfect time to put pen to paper, and connect via written word with a senior living resident, a grandchild, a tamily member, an old friend or neighbor.
Five reasons to write a letter this month:
* Connect with loved ones
* Spread holiday cheer
* Express creativity
* Reflect on events of the past year
* Create keepsakes and memories
Consider including a holiday card or photographs with your letter.
Have fun and purchase some festive new stationery or personalize your stationery by making your own with markers, stickers, and doodles!
