Building to a heavy 10 rep max. Goal for the year is definitely 405. Why? Idk, because I think it’d be pretty bad ass for my old ass to do that since I stopped benching after high school and when I got into MMA I was one of those who thought I couldn’t lift weights because I’d pack on size, get slower in the cage, and thought it’d make it that much harder to cut weight. Yea, I was one of them🥴. Don’t judge me. Got back to really incorporating bench about 4 years ago at least once a week but now it’s about 3 times a week. Progress.
