Hey Alchemy family,
It’s been a minute. Between the ups and downs of Texas politics and me needing a little mental reset, we’ve been quiet. But we’re back—better than ever—and I’ve got some updates, promos, and vibes to share with you.

👉 Texas H**p Law Update
Here’s where we stand:
Regular + Special Sessions: No h**p-specific bills passed.
Governor’s Executive Order: Governor Abbott issued an order calling for an age limit (something we’ve been asking for!) and tasked both the Texas Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) with creating and enforcing new regulations. This means we may see new rules, changes, and opportunities for public testimony—and we’ll let you know how you can get involved.
SB 2024: This bill outlawed all cannabinoid v**e products—Delta-9, CBD, THCA, you name it. If it’s a v**e, it’s no longer legal in Texas. But here’s the good news: flower, pre-rolls, gummies, and beverages are still legal and available at Alchemy TX. That’s always been our focus anyway—fun, convenient, and worry-free h**p experiences.
Coming Up: On Sept 23, TABC will be meeting to discuss emergency regulations. We’ll keep you updated as soon as we know more.
👉 On the Federal Front
The new Farm Bill is also in the works, with lots of conversation around h**p nationally. We’ll keep you posted every step of the way.
