To Whom it May Concern,
We are aware that many patients who have a Medicaid insurance policy have received a statement regarding an unpaid balance on their account. We are working adamantly to resolve any internal errors that may have occurred leading to any incorrect or unpaid statements.
However, to resolve this issue from continuing further, we will require your assistance in verifying that the information listed on your child’s insurance policy is correct, and up to date. Furthermore, please follow the instructions listed below and feel free to ask questions if needed.
1. Call 211 (Texas Health and Human Services)
2. Follow the voice prompt and select the appropriate option for your child’s Medicaid plan.
3. Request that the Primary care Physician or P*P is updated to
Tori Johnston -FNP
4. Verify that the clinic address is listed as
2010 Gilmer Rd, Suite 103-B, Longview TX, 75604
5. Take note of any reference number(s) before ending the call so that we may resubmit the claim to your child’s insurance for payment.
We appreciate your patience regarding this concern. Please be advised that Let’s Grow! Kids Clinic as a business does not report to collection, Equifax, or TransUnion. Put plainly, if the balance on your child’s account is not reconciled timely and happens to run over to collection, THIS WILL NOT IMPACT YOU OR YOUR CHILD’S CREDIT.

It has come to our attention that several of you have received either a phone call or a text saying that your child's appointment has been cancelled. PLEASE DISREGARD these notifications. There has been an error in our system that we are working on settling so that this is not an issue moving forward. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call our office.
