Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Our office will be closed starting at noon on Christmas Eve and will resume normal operations on Thursday, December 26th at 8 am. We have an RN on call if you need medical assistance. The on-call nurse can be reached at 903-753-2273!

Our office is currently closed due to loss of electricity following the inclement weather yesterday afternoon but we are functional. Our phones and fax lines are working as normal and will be answered by the on call nurse and returned as soon as possible. Our nursing and therapy staff are making home visits during this time. You may call the office and after hours number at 903-753-2273 if you need assistance.
