It's so cool to watch students work on poses. Handstand and arm balances are super cool, but you what else is cool?! Childs pose. Finding your edge in Warrior 2. Challenging yourself to find stillness. Putting your breath before the movement. A deep savasana. It all matters, it all counts. We love it all here!

The Space is more than four walls and a floor to put your mat. Its a space to find unity with breath and body. A space to surrender the stories you tell yourself about what you are capable of. A space for your body to find movement while your mind and soul can find rest. This space holds a community. We move and breathe together, we create and shift energy in and around us. We celebrate together and we feel together. These four walls are simply just a Container for all the magic created here.
I am so blessed and deeply honored I get to be a part of it 💜
