A HUGE shout-out to these beautiful humans. They work hard to create a space for you to let go. A place to feel welcomed, seen and cared for. They are humans with their own lives, their own chaos, but they show up to hold space for us, with love. They pour their hearts into this place, they greet you with a smile, spend their off time creating classes and playlists. They show up to each others classes to support each other and to be in the trenches with you all. (Like the 100th chair pose in a class 😂) They truly care about ALL of our people!
They do the unsexy things, like countless loads of laundry, cleaning and the never ending rearranging of our props. They keep this place running like a gem 💎 They do so much, seen and unseen.
I get positive feedback about all of them and their faces light up when they hear it. Never be shy about telling them that what they do matters. You may have your favorites, but they are all special and unique.
