Let’s break the stigma of mental health!!!
How do we do that ??
We:
Connect (reach out to support) it’s okay to ask for help !!
Communicate ( communication of emotions needs to be normalized)
Accept ( accept that it is okay to not be okay )
Learn ( how to recognize when someone is struggling with their mental health) Learn how to be a kind human to yourself and others !!
Understand ( that you are not alone) and there is support out there !!
