Healthy Holiday Tip: Enjoy the Season Without Derailing Your Goals! ✨🎄

Holidays don’t have to mean giving up on health. With a few smart strategies, you can stay on track and still enjoy your favorite traditions. 💚

💡 Holiday Wellness Hacks:
🥘 Bring the main dish – When you’re in charge, you can make it lean and protein-rich (think baked turkey breast, salmon, or herb-roasted chicken).
🥕 Offer to bring the vegetable tray – It’s colorful, festive, and gives you and others a crisp, fresh option that supports fullness and balance.
💧 Fill up on water-rich foods like cucumbers, celery, tomatoes, oranges, pickles, and watermelon to stay satisfied and hydrated. These help curb overeating without feeling deprived!

🍓🎉 Festive Light Seafoam Salad
A sweet treat that feels indulgent—without the sugar crash!

Ingredients:
• 1 small box sugar-free strawberry or lime Jell-O
• 1 cup boiling water (leave out the cold water)
• 2 cups fat-free cottage cheese
• 1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained
• 1 container sugar-free or low-fat Cool Whip

How to Make It:
1️⃣ Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water and cool slightly.
2️⃣ Combine cottage cheese + pineapple in bowl.
3️⃣ Stir in gelatin, then fold in Cool Whip.
4️⃣ Chill 2–4 hours (or overnight) & enjoy!
