Sharron brings an incredible depth of experience in healthcare leadership, business development, ethics and compliance, and case management. Over her career, she has built strong partnerships across East Texas and Louisiana, led market growth strategies, improved quality outcomes, and helped organizations better serve their communities through collaboration and thoughtful leadership.

With a background that spans hospital administration, compliance, home health, rehabilitation services, and clinical care, Sharron understands both the operational side of healthcare and the human side - making sure patients, families, and providers are truly supported.

We anticipate a lot of great things ahead with her on our team. Her experience, relationships, and passion for connecting people to the care they need will play an important role in expanding access to our services and strengthening our impact across the community.

We’re excited to welcome Jessica B., LMSW, back home to Oceans Behavioral Hospital - Longview after her time with our Oceans Waco team - and this time, she’s bringing someone very special with her.

Jessica’s licensed therapy dog, Oliver, will be joining our Longview family as well. Oliver brings comfort, calm, and connection to the patients he visits, and we’re thrilled to have him as part of the healing experience here at Oceans Longview.

Jessica grew up here in East Texas, and returning to serve her hometown means a great deal to her. She’s dedicated, compassionate, and committed to helping our patients heal and grow. In her free time, she loves reading and taking walks with Oliver as they continue to grow together in their work.
