We help expectant moms navigate pregnancy and prepare for labor and delivery, and help them to regain strength, stamina and coordination in the core and pelvic floor after birth specializes in pain relief and wellness using manual therapy and JFB Myofascial Release techniques to reduce and eliminate pain caused by injury, surgery, scars, chronic poor posture and other causes. We help people reduce their need for medication, injections and surgery, and help them get back to moving well and performing the activities they love to do in order to live life to the fullest!

Before jumping into workouts, to-do lists, or fall schedules—pause.

Breath work is one of the simplest ways to calm your nervous system and prepare your body for intentional movement. Just 5 minutes of guided breathing can reset your posture, activate your core, and improve overall strength. It’s not about doing more—it’s about starting from the right place.

You can do this on your own, of course, but if you need accountability and more specific guidance, our gentle yoga classes at noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays is a great place to get more guidance!
