✨ This baby is just 11 days old — and already getting gentle chiropractic care!

So many parents are surprised to learn that chiropractic care for babies is safe, calming, and incredibly gentle — there’s no popping or cracking. Just light fingertip pressure (about the same as checking a ripe tomato 🍅).

This little cutie was running the show today—and if she keeps this up, I might be out of a job. 😉 Armed with her tools (shoutout to ChiroClicker!) and the sweetest heart, she made sure mama was well taken care of from start to finish. ✨ From Bump to Baby ✨
It’s been such a joy caring for Emily throughout her pregnancy — and now her sweet baby is here! 💙 One of my favorite parts of this work is supporting mamas through every stage, then getting to meet their little ones earthside. I am certified in the Webster Technique — a gentle, pregnancy-specific method that can help with pelvic alignment, back pain, and overall comfort as your body prepares for birth.

Emily is not only a mom of four, but also a local doula and the heart behind Loving Light Doula, her new business. She’s warm, grounded, and great at what she does.
