I was talking to a patient today, and she said something that really stuck with me — she never realized how bad she’d been feeling until now that she feels good. 💭After just a few adjustments, she said she hadn’t noticed how uncomfortable she’d gotten over time… and now she feels great.

✨ Empowered Birth Story ✨

I want to share an inspiring story from one of my patients (with her permission, of course). Natalie had a breech baby throughout her pregnancy and had tried EVERYTHING to encourage her little one to turn… and nothing seemed to work. She explored her options, did her research, and ultimately chose a provider who supported her desire for a vaginal breech birth.

The result? A healthy baby, a mom who trusted herself, and no surgery needed. 💛

✨ This baby is just 11 days old — and already getting gentle chiropractic care!

So many parents are surprised to learn that chiropractic care for babies is safe, calming, and incredibly gentle — there’s no popping or cracking. Just light fingertip pressure (about the same as checking a ripe tomato 🍅).
