2026 is here & January is going by so fast. I made this quick video late last week and am just getting it posted. I’m excited about the new video series I’ll be putting out later this month but in the mean time I want to know…..How many of you have a dream or several dreams that you would like to see come into your life’s reality but you dont know how to get started? How many of you have just stopped dreaming and figure your life is what it is and there’s no point to believe your life can be better? On this New Years Eve day, I took some time this morning to read a little bit, enjoy some coffee as I start writing down some dreams that I have that I’d love to accomplish in 2026.

I have already and will be giving all my clients the same worksheet for this New Year.
Most of the time if I’m asking my clients to do something then I want to be able to do it too.

As busy and distracted as we can get we forget to dream & to ask ourselves, What is it that I want in life? Dreaming & setting goals to accomplish those dreams is super healthy.

You’re never too old or too young to have dreams and be able to accomplish them.
Sometimes it’s hard to believe that there’s a dream deep down inside or many dreams deep down inside that you would like to see happen in your life, but trust me they are there and we just need to dig deep to discover them‼️

If you’re having a hard time dreaming again or setting goals to have those dreams become your life’s reality you’re not alone.

On a quiet Wednesday afternoon after a couple client cancellations (with the holidays coming this is normal 😉) along with one more client coming soon, I decided that it was perfect time to start planning for the New Year🎉

What a better opportunity than to do this in the midst of all the holiday busyness and excitement🎁🎄🎁🎄🎁🎄

It’s never too early to start dreaming again, thinking about what you want to accomplish in the New Year and doing this while listening to beautiful Christmas music is perfect🎶 There is such a peaceful atmosphere in my office.

We just finished Thanksgiving and now we’re on to Christmas♥️

Let’s get real, all the holiday festivities, activities, events, obligations, and more can be oh so much fun, although there can be a certain amount of stress that comes with it. This stress can actually steal our joy.

In my Helpful Guide To A Stree-Less With More Joy Holiday Season there are strategies, tips, and tools to help reduce your stress and increase your joy.

I intentionally practiced two of these strategies before Thanksgiving and they really did help‼️
