This is a big one for us. To believe in massage therapy as beneficial for everyone means it is our responsibility as Licensed Therapists to learn about all different types of medical conditions, health history and how massage affects humans.

This is why we take the time to get to know our clients, to learn how we can safely help them. There are a few conditions we have to be especially careful with, and we are always honest with clients about those boundaries.

But to truly believe in massage, we have to adapt to meet your needs. This is why we don't offer complicated packages, or one size fits all treatment. This is why we have a designated 30 minute intake for every new client. This is why we emphasize ongoing training. This is why we do everything we do, the way we do it.

Listen, no matter what you choose to identify with we can all agree that the world is nuts right now. Sometimes you just need to escape and give your brain and body a chance to breathe free from the constant strain of everything. Around here, we believe massage therapy is so much more than a treat or a luxury reserved for special occasions. We believe massage should be a regular part of self care no different than eating healthy or staying active.

Even if you are aren't so great on the other parts of self-care this is a great place to start. We are here for you, tailored to your needs.

Pregnancy is a special experience, both for the expectant mother and for her body. There are a lot of things going on physiologically that are unique and must be considered for the best outcomes.

Our Licensed Massage Therapist, Kaylee Rutledge is well versed in understanding the common conditions and complications of pregnancy and more importantly how to safely adapt massage therapy to serve expectant mothers.

Women always want the best for their babies, and this is why they invest in themselves during pregnancy. But what is more important, is that we are here for you. Prenatal massage takes into account your mental health, your physical health and your goals during this special time.

We don't charge based on modality or what type of massage you get. We charge based on LMT experience so that we can assure you we have every technique available to help you as needed. Our therapists are the best at adapting in real time based on your needs.

We believe in informed consent, and that is ongoing throughout the session. In order for you to fully consent to treatment, you have to first be informed about it. That's why we spend time getting to know you and talking with you.

There is no reason to be overwhelmed by massage, we are here to help.
