I provide comprehensive Diabetes Education and Medical Nutrition Therapy to patients with diabetes, as well as other diagnoses such as chronic renal failure, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, coumadin therapy, bariatric surgery, gastrointestinal disorders, cancer and for general weight loss. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Educator, I’m classified as a healthcare

provider and am able to file on your health insurance and be reimbursed for my services. I am in-network with Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, Cigna, United Healthcare, Aetna and many other carriers. Almost all carriers cover for Medical Nutrition Therapy with a diagnosis of diabetes. Medicare, in particular, covers for it at 100%...no co-pay and no deductible due.
