Due to Hurricane Milton, we've extended the early bird special to Sunday, Oct. 27th!

The 14th annual Longwood Rehab/I Love Chad charity golf tournament will take place Monday, November 4th at Tuscawilla CC in Winter Springs (Orlando). The shotgun scramble starts at 9:00 a.m. followed by lunch, awards, and auction. Check-in is from 7:30 to 8:45. All proceeds assist transplant recipients at UFHealth who show financial need with their 4-6 week stay in Gainesville after surgery.

The $550 early bird special team registration is available if one member of the foursome registers and pays for their team by October 27. Singles are $150 and we can always match up players. Along with our normal team and individual golf awards, we have added awards for the best dressed/themed/matching foursome and one for the snappiest dressed golfer.

Please register and pay with a credit card or send a check to UFHealth. Checks can also be brought to Longwood Rehabilitative Service ahead of time at 2629 W. SR 436, Longwood, FL 32779.
