We promised you every once in a while to drop a brand/products we love!

We love a protein yogurt! Yogurt is a great sweet snack that doesn't break the nutrition calorie bank. And extra protein means you're double winning. You can choose low calorie options like Oikos Triple Zero or Chobani Zero Sugar. There's no wrong protein yogurt. You can even make your own!!! Pick your favorite vanilla greek yogurt and add a scoop of your favorite protein powder. Eat it as is or throw in a little fruit and granola for a full meal!

Which way is the right way to pace your meals? The answer...
THERE IS NO RIGHT WAY.

You have to figure out what works best for you and fits within your schedule. For example, it wouldn't make sense to fast all day if you have to take medication with food multiple times a day. It's not possible. Some people have time to meal prep and they just grab and go all week. You might even have to commit to something just to find out it doesn't work for you. If you found something that works for you, never be afraid to share it with others! You might have some knowledge about why it worked for you but not for others.

All that matters is that you get an appropriate amount of calories from healthy food that fits your caloric/macronutrient goals.
