Excited to be partnering with Inspires Wellness and Yoga Joint of Winter Park for a morning of relaxation and connection! We will start the morning off with 30-minutes of relaxing and gentle yoga followed by a 30-minute sound bath. Then we’ll finish the morning with light bites and connection!
