I will not be available during this time, but I will respond to all text, calls and inquiries during my usual timeframe 8 AM to 8 PM on March 5th.

Hello everyone!

I am very excited to let you all know that I will be speaking at the next “Well adjusted Coop” meeting this Friday Feb. 20th at 12pm.

The Well Adjusted Coop is a non profit ran by where I also provide Massage Therapy Services.

This nonprofit strives to educate mothers on health and wellness practices that benefit them through the process of prenatal and postnatal care as well as pregnancy, birth and connecting with their babies.

I am happy to be speaking this month on the benefits of prenatal and postnatal massage as well as give you information and tips on infant massage. All mothers are welcome. This event is also free of charge.
We would love to see each and every last one of you!

‼️OFFICE HOURS UPDATE‼️
New Year & New Office Hours!

As most of you are aware outside of my normal office days I am also a massage therapist with in Sanford, Florida.

As of recently I have had some change to my normal working hours / days in each office.

I will now be available regularly on Mondays in my Longwood office from 10am - 5pm since I will no longer be available on Tuesdays.
However I will be working at each Tuesday (and every other Friday) now for any of you who would like to see me there. I’m excited for this change that will bring more opportunity for you all to receive amazing care no matter where I am.
