Nirgunavathi Ananda, Instructor / Co-Director, has studied yoga for 32 years in France, India and the U.S. She studied Anusara Yoga with John Friend beginning in 1998 and was licensed as an Anusara Yoga teacher in 2003. She is delighted to offer the Yoga Sutras and other life enhancing yogic themes in her playfully serious alignment based Anusara Yoga classes at Lake Center Yoga. Sri Ekan,Owner / Director / Instructor, has practiced yoga and meditation for 38 years in the traditions of Kundalini Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Transcendental Meditation, Sufism, Siddha Yoga, Nithya Yoga and Anusara Yoga. He has studied with John Friend since 1996 and was certified as an Anusara Yoga Teacher in 2002. He has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and welcomes you to the transformative world of yoga at Lake Center Yoga with warmth, love and respect.

Buttercup is undeniably one of the two best all around kitties we have ever fostered out of over 100!

He is 8 months young, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and ready for his furr-ever home🏡

Happy New Year Class

We are riding the good vibes of our 28th Annual New Year's Day Class into 2026!

It was so great starting the year in the great company of these wonderful Yoga friends, Sri's potent Chakra balancing Kundalini Yoga practice, the anticipation of picking our yearly mantra word (man means mind and tra means to train) to focus the mind on and apply through all the "good" and "challenging " times in life, and last but not least Sri's phenomenal Raw Vegan Apple Crisp with Tofu Whip Cream.

Sharing the good vibes with you and carrying them forward into all the classes of 2026!
