Happy Wellness Month!
August is Wellness Month and a time for extra self-care.
Taking the time for even a simple plant based Yogi meal like the one here goes a long way in making you feel super good in your body, mind, spirit, and immune system. They will all give you some loving back!โค๏ธ
This is a meal of Zoodles (zucchini noodles made with a spiralizer or even ribbons made with a regular vegetable peeler), mixed with one ingredient, high protein Chickpea noodles๐ ( they need to cook about 25 minutes not 10) and homemade vegan Pesto (we have alot of basil in our garden, let us know if you want to make this pesto and we'll bring you what you need) topped with tofu and cheesy without the cheese Nutritional Yeast high in B vitamins and yummy๐
This with sauteed mixed greens,onion, garlic and peppers along with lentils seasoned with Braggs Aminos (healthier soy sauce) and olive oil.
And of course everyday eating all the colors in a big salad. ๐ฅ
Weekend are a great time to prep salads and plan for a week of self-care healthy meals ahead, along with naps and Yoga!๐งโโ๏ธ
