Ovulation Dysfunction — Why Does It Happen?
Ovulation dysfunction refers to the ovaries’ reduced ability to produce a sufficient number of eggs or eggs of adequate size and quality. In such cases, the eggs may be too small, of low quality, or released before they have fully matured. This makes fertilization after in*******se more difficult and, as a result, decreases the chances of achieving pregnancy.
Ovulation dysfunction can lead to:
• Reduced sexual desire
• Vaginal dryness
• Pain during in*******se (dyspareunia)
Ovulation problems can be managed through lifestyle measures—such as eating a healthy diet, exercising regularly, and reducing stress—or through medical treatment with appropriate medications.

Causes of Infertility in Women
Approximately 10% to 18% of couples experience difficulty conceiving. Female factors account for about one-third of infertility cases, another third is due to male factors, and the remaining cases result from unexplained infertility or a combination of male and female factors.
The following are among the most common causes of female infertility:
1. Ovulatory disorders
2. Menstrual irregularities
3. Endometriosis
4. Cervical factors
5. Damage or blockage of the fallopian tubes

Treatment is determined based on the underlying cause, and in many cases, multiple factors can contribute to infertility simultaneously.
