Recently honored with The Abell Commitment to Change Award, Jim spent time this week with our young adults leading a life skills workshop on how to read and understand apartment applications and leases 🏠📄.

👉These real-world skills help build confidence and support independence and Jim made the session practical, approachable, and engaging.

Yesterday, we had the honor of hosting our annual You Rock Awards, recognizing our 2025 Employees of the Month and celebrating Ashley Lauck as our Employee of the Year! 🎉

We also proudly recognized:

In addition, The Abell Commitment to Change Award was presented by Howard and Donna Abell to Jim and Janine Armstrong in recognition of their continuous dedication and impact at IMPOWER.
