Tonight we continue the Elemental Flow Kundalini Yoga Series with Week 2: Flow with Water 🌊
We’ll move, breathe, and chant through the energy of creativity and flow — letting emotions soften and energy move with ease. Bring a small glass or vial of water if you’d like to set an intention during class (I’ll have extra cups 💙).
This Thursday we begin a brand new journey — the Elemental Flow Kundalini Yoga Series ✨
Week 1 is all about Earth: grounding, stability, and presence. We’ll root into the body with movement, breath, and mantra, and connect more deeply to the support of the ground beneath us. Bring a stone, crystal, or natural item (or choose from my basket) to hold in meditation and take home 🌎💛

Angela has a passion for unique musical instruments, one of which is her ever growing, beautiful set of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. The singing bowls are amazing at bringing one’s focus into the present moment and raising the overall energy vibration of the space. In her sound healing sessions (group & 1:1) she uses her soothing voice while incorporating instruments such as Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, Crystal Pyramid, and the beautiful sounds of a Shruti Box.
In addition to Sound Healing, Angela Schwonek aka Sangeeta Dyal Kaur is a certified Level One Kundalini Yoga Teacher. She knew she had found her place in this yoga community when she attended her first gong bath in 2016 which incorporated a Kundalini Yoga kriya (set of postures) and beautiful mantras to sing. Sangeeta has always been singing as long as she can remember so when music and yoga combined that night, her soul experienced heaven on Earth!
Angela Sangeeta Dyal uses the Kundalini Yoga technology and sound healing to hold a space of love and acceptance for all who attend her classes. Being kind begins with oneself and her sense of self-love has grown immensely over the past few years. Angela would be honored to be part of the journey in unlocking your dormant potential that is already within you.
