Great news! We now accept Medicaid insurance and related plans! That means traditional Medicaid; Anthem Healthy Indiana Plan, Hoosier Healthwise, Hoosier Care Connect; and CareSource Healthy Indiana Plan. Our status as providers with MDWise and MHS Medicaid is pending and should be approved in short order.

JACK STAND RECALL / RISK OF CRUSH INJURY OR DEATH. If you work on cars or know someone who does, this is critical information. As described below, certain Harbor Freight jack stands may disengage the extension pawl under a shift in weight, leading to sudden collapse and injury or death to anyone below. The recall affects three-ton and six-ton heavy-duty steel jack stands with item numbers 56371, 61196, and 61197, which were manufactured between 2013-2019. The number on the three-ton units can be found on the label at the top, while the six-ton stands have their numbers printed in the yellow section of the label found on the base.

Recalled jack stands may be taken to Harbor Freight for a gift card in equivalent value
