We are thrilled to host guest teachers James Kapicka and Eddy Montez for our FINAL event of the year.✨ Celebrate the Winter Solstice and close out 2025 with us, Sunday, December 21st from 5 to 7 PM at Santosha Yoga Collective.

•Tuesdays at 6:30pm - Therapeutic Yoga with Kristin (LMFT, RYT200 trauma informed integrative yoga therapy) combines principles of Expansion Brainspotting with techniques from a yoga therapist’s toolkit with breathwork, mudra, mantra, and meditation included.💛 Come and reconnect with your body’s natural ability to heal.

•Thursdays at 10:30am - Yoga for Stress with Michele (RYT200 trauma informed integrative yoga therapy, holistic wellness coach for folks with chronic illness) this class blends polyvagal theory of the nervous system with yoga philosophy to provide you with tools for the whole range of everyday LIFE.🙌

Happy Halloween, and welcome Judy!🎃 This season we’re shifting schedules at Santosha Yoga Loomis and today was Steph’s last day teaching the Friday Chair Yoga class. Judy will be leading this group session going forward, starting next week, Nov 7th at 11am.🪑

Chair Yoga is open to all ages and mobility levels and creates accessibility in your practice of mindful movement, mixed with creativity, balance, and care.

Benett is an experienced movement coach, yoga therapist, intuitive bodyworker, avid musician, and adventurous traveler.

He has had the honor of studying under numerous renowned teachers and remains steadfast in his dedication to leading a yogic lifestyle.

His journey led him to found Ashtanga Yoga Sacramento with his wife and fellow teacher, Susana, in 2021.

By joining his knowledge of movement arts and philosophical musings with his personal style, Benett brings depth, awareness, and joy to his student’s practice.

A little studio with a big heart

BridgeYoga is a loving space in which to learn about and practice yoga. Serving the Loomis community since May of 2012, our studio brings together locals and travelers from all over Sacramento and beyond. Owner and lead instructor, Casey Bird, along with her family, has poured much of herself into the heart of the studio and has been rewarded beyond measure with friendship and a true sense of purpose. ​ ​We believe that yoga is beneficial for everyone, and invite folks of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds to join us.
